We had a relaxing family day yesterday, and a full night of rest, so it was good for the entire family. We spent our time swimming, taking a long walk and going to the grocery school. We even found a few places to play along the way. We also had ice cream at Fanny's. If you have kids or even if you don't, it's a fun place to hang out, and the ice cream is wonderful. Chloe highly recommends the Bee Sundae.
Gabrielle Quynh is feeling more comfortable by the minute. Both girls are handling all this change with such curiosity and grace!
We'll post about our adventure at West Lake and the swan boats in the morning.

Heidi, Chris, and Chloe -
I co-oped Wednesday and during circle time Mrs. Warthen held up a picture of each BB. When Chloe's picture was held up, Sophia said "she's in Vietnam!" And someone else said "She's on vacation." And someone else asked "Will she be here tomorrow?" Mrs. W said she'd be back soon with exciting news. It was so darn cute. As much as it sounds that Chloe is charming Vietnam, she too has charmed her SNS classmates. I'm so glad things are going so smoothly (and looks so beautiful and fun!) and that you have your new baby girl in your arms. We look forward to hearing more adventures when you return! And I think the BBs will be excited to have Chloe back! :)

Everyday I check your blog at least a dozen times waiting for a new entry. Thanks for letting us share this journey. It brings back such wonderful memories and we keep having fleeting moments of wishing we were there too. Fleeting moments, mind you!! We'll stop at four. :-)
